IEBC Vice Chairperson Juliana Cherera: "We have done the election in the most efficient matter, but some things need to be put out there. We are here because of the opaque nature of how this space has been handled. We therefore, cannot take ownership of the results that is going to be announced. We have an open door where people can go to court. We urge Kenyans to be peaceful because the rule of law is going to prevail."
